New Business Transmittal Form (NBTF)
The New Business Transmittal Form (NBTF) is mandatory form for all new insurance transactions. Before submitting new business to the carriers directly, please fill out this form and fax this form back to ERS Life HQ (Fax and email is on NBTF form). Without this form you will not get credit for contest, promotion and profit sharing points.
Promotion Request Form (PRF)
Th PRF form is for promotion request on your writing contract and builder profit share contract. PRF form required three signatures for approval. Congratulation on your promotion!
Branch Owner Application (BOA)
The process begins once we receive your formal Brach Owner Application (BOA.). Once you have received confirmation of our receipt and acceptance of your BOA, your evaluation period begins.
Key Builder Equity Program (KBEP)
The KBEP program serves as an excellent incentive for power builders to focus their building efforts in a particular ERS branch. The Program provides an added financial bonus from Team Production (real estate & mortgage) for superior Builders.
Agent Transfer Form (ATF)
This form is for agent who need to transfer from one sponsor to another
sponsor. House rule is 6 months inactivities in our system.
