Strong Products and Services: Offering the most competitive life insurance and annuity products on the market. Products that offer income tax free retirement, long term care, chronic, critical, and terminal illness protection, retirement planning, estate planning, business succession planning, charitable planning and more advanced tax planning.

 

Strong Support: Servicing agents in California, Nevada, Washington, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

 

Strong Mentorship: A program that supports our new agents and individuals who want to build a professional career with Strong. An experienced mentor will be dedicated to help with every step of the way from getting ready to take and pass the state licensing exam to meeting with clients and closing sales.

 

Strong Compensation: One of the most generous compensation structures in the industry. 

-New Agent: 70%

-Senior Agent: 100%

-10% referral override from New Agents you invite to join Strong (maximum of 3 generations)

-10% referral override from Senior Agents you invite to join Strong (maximum of 1 generation)

Strong Profit Sharing: One of the most innovative profit-sharing programs, a true passive income, once you qualified it will be perpetual, receive bonus as long as Strong is able to generate cash flow from the company’s investment pools.

-Must be at the Senior Agent level to participate.

-$100,000 production points. (100% of personal production and 1/3 of team production combined)
